About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineering Group Lead to join our team at Allnorth Consultants Limited. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers, designers, and technicians to deliver infrastructure projects across the province, country, and North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers, designers, and technicians to deliver infrastructure projects
  • Collaborate with the greater Grande Prairie and Allnorth team to determine the best path forward for growth and sustainability
  • Manage personnel, including evaluation and recruitment, and provide technical guidance to team members
  • Act as a technical expert and provide estimates of project costs, analysis, and calculations
  • Maintain and develop business relationships with current and potential clients
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Registered (or eligible to register) as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in the province of Alberta
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in civil engineering and project management
  • Experience in municipal, land development, and infrastructure projects
