  • Drive sales by providing personalized consultations and presenting elevated design solutions tailored to each customer's needs.
  • Leverage your design skills to create mood boards, 2D floor plans, product lists, and style inspiration using our preferred design tools.
  • Conduct one-on-one design consultations, both in person and virtually, ensuring timely project delivery within established timelines.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Crate and Barrel's brand aesthetics, merchandising strategies, and current design trends.
  • Achieve individual sales targets, KPI goals, and service standards while actively engaging customers on the sales floor.
  • Stay informed about industry advancements and emerging design concepts.
  • Actively listen to customer needs, recommending products that best meet their requirements and highlighting our loyalty programs and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by exhibiting a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and commitment to exceeding expectations.
