As a Road Construction Team Member, you'll be at the forefront of constructing vital transportation arteries, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicles
• Perform minor maintenance tasks on trucks and equipment
• Check grades and ensure accurate measurements
• Clean up construction sites and perform labor duties as required
• Assist with shoveling, raking, sweeping, and other tasks as needed

Requirements:

The successful applicant will possess the following qualifications:
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
• Experience in checking grades and hauling trailers an asset
• Knowledge of construction principles and practices an asset
• Ability to exercise sound judgment, work safely, and communicate effectively in a team

In addition to the above, the successful candidate will be expected to work in a physically demanding environment, requiring crouching, bending, lifting, and kneeling. A pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing and a criminal record check, may be required.
