Retail Store Manager

At OPEN CONNECTION, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Drive Sales Growth: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and ensure that merchandise is accurately priced and displayed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other store teams, including visual merchandising, marketing, and human resources, to ensure seamless execution of store initiatives.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Setting: Telephone soliciting establishment
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Outlook
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, ability to multitask
