An exciting opportunity for a Cybersecurity Incident Response Specialist reporting to the Senior Director of Cyber Incident Management at the National Bank involves working closely with your team to improve detection techniques and enhance operational efficiency within the Security Operations Center (SOC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborating with various departments across the Bank.
  • Conduct thorough investigations of complex cybersecurity incidents.
  • Facilitate incident response simulations (Table Top) based on recent events and attack scenarios.
  • Implement process improvements following audits and incident analyses, with a focus on ongoing enhancement.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends in cybersecurity defense and recommend significant improvements for the team.
  • Assist in the development of team capabilities.

Your Team:

The IT division comprises 2,300 professionals who foster a collaborative environment, aiming to leverage opportunities and refine processes. The Bank encourages continuous professional development through tailored training initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 5 years of experience in information security.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a Security Operations Center.
