Responsabilités
  • Identifier les besoins d'investissement et de financement de la clientèle pour élaborer un plan financier personnalisé.
  • Conseiller la clientèle en fonction de leurs besoins et des tendances du marché pour offrir des solutions adaptées.
  • Créer des opportunités de développement des affaires pour augmenter la clientèle et le volume des portefeuilles existants.
  • S'assurer de l'application des normes de qualité de service et de qualité opérationnelle, de même que du respect des règles de conformité et de gestion des risques.
Compétences requises
  • Baccalauréat (ou équivalence reconnue par l'IQPF).
  • Titre de Planification Financière (CFP, FP Canada) ou en cours d'obtention dans les 12 prochains mois.
  • Titre de représentant·e en épargne collective (REC).
  • Expérience en gestion de portefeuille avec des objectifs de développement des affaires.
  • Expérience en développement des affaires dans le service-conseil financier.
