Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the construction process by loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Support medical personnel in maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Remove rubble and debris from construction sites, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Certifications: Personal protective equipment (PPE) training, Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate, and First Aid Certificate.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, physically demanding tasks, and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Transportation: Own transportation and a valid driver's license.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Outdoors, fast-paced environment.
  • Work Schedule: 40 to 55 hours per week.
