Brandt Group of Companies is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Regional Customer Support Sales Manager for our Saskatchewan and Manitoba region.

This key position will play a crucial role in the growth and development of our product support program, working closely with the Sales, Parts, Service, and Branch management teams to execute and develop key objectives for the region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our Customer Support Agents (CSAs) are held accountable for product support sales growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Regional Business Plans: Own strategy and annual business plans for the region, with objectives to achieve sales and margin growth.
  • Product Support Promotion: Educate and direct CSAs to ensure all of Brandt's product support initiatives are promoted within the region.
  • CSA Process Management: Manage CSA processes such as call reporting, CRM, and target setting.
  • Customer Support: Assist CSAs with customer calls and key accounts.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish key KPIs for CSAs and measure on a monthly basis.
  • Regional Coverage: Analyze and implement proper coverage for the region.
  • Account Management: Engage directly with larger accounts in the region to promote Brandt's full product support offering.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide feedback on regional industry trends.
  • Competitive Analysis: Market intelligence on competition, customers, and segment trends.
  • Sales and Margin Analysis: Analyze sales and margin data to identify opportunities.
  • Performance Feedback: Analyze reports to provide insight and feedback to guide performance of CSAs and branches.
  • Product Development: Identify new product opportunities and work internally to supply.
