Dilawri Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join our team at Frost GM.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for:

  • Actively selling and leasing new and pre-owned vehicles to meet sales targets
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to improve sales and profitability
  • Training and mentoring sales staff to ensure they meet consumer needs and follow company procedures
  • Ensuring all sales staff are licensed and trained prior to interacting with customers
  • Collaborating with sales consultants to close sales and meet sales targets
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and meet sales targets

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong professional background in sales and customer service
  • A drive for excellence and a passion for sales
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A valid driver's license for Ontario and OMVIC license
  • Experience with OneEighty, vAuto, and AutoAlert an asset
