Key Responsibilities

  • Policy Development: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with the organization's mission and goals.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in various forums and negotiations, ensuring that our interests are represented and protected.
  • Team Management: Select, develop, and manage a team of middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, providing them with the necessary resources and support to excel in their roles.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or finance.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior financial or administrative role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop and implement financial plans and strategies.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
Work Environment
