Job Title: Sales Supervisor

At SAM FASHION & DESIGNERS, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and develop a team of sales associates to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage inventory to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Establish work schedules, resolve customer complaints, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Manage cash, organize inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Supervise a team of 1 to 2 people and provide guidance and support to ensure their success.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Reliable, accurate, and efficient, with a strong attention to detail.
Working Conditions:
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors and work in a visually demanding environment.
Language:
  • English is the primary language of communication in this role.
Work Schedule:
  • 35 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
