Key Responsibilities:
In collaboration with the Hardware Manager, your role will encompass the following:
- Address all operational needs within the Warehouse of our Hardware Store.
- Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of Team Members in the Warehouse.
- Organize and uphold the standards of the warehouse environment.
- Efficiently load, unload, and transport products within the warehouse.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to foster customer loyalty.
- Provide information, assistance, and service to customers to enhance their shopping experience and meet their requirements.
- Adhere to all Federated Co-operatives Limited guidelines regarding hygiene, presentation, and customer service.
- Execute all expected duties within the warehouse setting.
- Maintain product knowledge and respond to inquiries regarding merchandise and its origins.
- Contribute to maintaining the location's image and cleanliness standards.
- Approach work with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Familiarize yourself with and comply with Federated Co-operatives Limited policies and procedures.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
