Field Service Manager Opportunity

If so, America Fujikura Limited (AFL) offers a remarkable opportunity for you to take on the role of Field Service Manager within our Premise division.

Various locations as assignedKey Responsibilities
As the Field Service Manager for the Premise division, you will be instrumental in guiding, developing, and energizing a team of Premise Technicians across your designated area. Your duties will encompass the daily oversight of the Premise program, ensuring operational safety and efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and community involvement; Directing the activities of technicians and external resources to ensure adherence to established processes and protocols; Guaranteeing that services provided meet client expectations and align with organizational objectives; Being accountable for overall customer satisfaction and representing AFL; Addressing challenges and managing escalations through to resolution; Providing timely feedback to enhance technician performance; Conducting field safety inspections as necessary; Interpreting and enforcing company policies and disciplinary measures; Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations, including auditing safety plans and training; Performing regular quality assurance audits to maintain adherence to AFL and client standards; Fostering positive relationships within the team; Upholding confidentiality and protecting organizational values; Completing other administrative and miscellaneous tasks as assigned; Enhancing the company’s reputation by taking ownership of tasks and seeking opportunities to add value; and Promoting and adhering to AFL’s environmental, health, and safety policies.Ideal Candidate Profile:
A strong passion for leadership in an operational context and a commitment to solving operational challenges; A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience; A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Preferred fields of study include Computers, Electronics, Telecommunications, or Management; A thorough understanding of telecommunications infrastructure installation; Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines effectively; Self-motivated and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently; Proficient in taking initiative and resolving issues proactively.Working Conditions:
A mix of fieldwork and office environment; Standard 40-hour work week with varying shifts as required; Travel may be necessary; This is a permanent position.Application Process:
