- Dishwashing: Operate dishwashers and manually wash dishes, glassware, and utensils.
- Food Preparation: Assist in washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
- Stock Management: Organize and replenish items in refrigerators and salad bars.
- Cleaning Duties: Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, including surfaces, cupboards, and floors.
- Waste Management: Remove garbage and ensure proper disposal of kitchen waste.
- Knife Maintenance: Sharpen kitchen knives as needed.
