Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to join our team at North Eastern Trucking Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our organization, ensuring smooth operation of our equipment and machinery, and coordinating with staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Operational Plans
Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks, oversee operational logistics, and ensure the smooth operation of our equipment and machinery.
Staff ManagementRecruit, hire, and train staff as needed, conduct performance reviews, and coordinate with staff to achieve our goals.
Inventory ManagementOrganize and maintain inventory, requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Facilities ManagementArrange for maintenance and repair work, and ensure that our facilities are well-maintained.
CommunicationCommunicate effectively with staff, management, and other stakeholders to ensure that our operations are running smoothly.
Requirements- Education
College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
Experience1 to less than 7 months of experience, or equivalent experience.
Work EnvironmentThis is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week. The work language is English.
