Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic to join our team at Bevertec. As a Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing heavy duty diesel engines, as well as maintaining company yard trucks.

Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair heavy duty diesel engines
  • Maintain company yard trucks
  • Assist with all ship and tugboat mechanical issues
  • Document and keep inventory of minimum and maximum stock levels
  • Perform other duties as requested or assigned
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Mechanics Certification License 421A
  • Propane Certification License (preferred)
  • Must have a clean Driving abstract
