We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Car Wash Supervisor to join our team at Nanak Car Wash Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our car wash facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent customer service.
- Site Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Quality Control: Inspect sites or facilities to ensure that safety and cleanliness standards are met.
- Financial Management: Prepare budgets and cost estimates to ensure that our operations are financially sustainable.
- Service Development: Recommend or arrange for additional services required to enhance our customer experience, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Team Support: Assist cleaners in performing their duties and provide support to other departments as needed.
- Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules to ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
As a Car Wash Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
