Organon is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our Indirect Procurement team in Montreal, Quebec. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our marketing and sales organization in Europe and Canada.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field, with a proven track record of analyzing data and generating reports. You will be responsible for identifying projects that could be leveraged across clusters, tracking and launching supplier assessments, and participating in tactical supplier management.
We are looking for a team player who is proficient in Microsoft Office software, has strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and can succeed in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities- Analysis: Identify projects that could be leveraged across clusters.
- Compliance: Track and launch supplier assessments, as required.
- Process optimization: Foster and deliver on our simplification efforts as a new company.
- Participate in tactical supplier management.
- Work with specific procurement tools for project management and spend analysis.
- Review savings opportunities and process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree or five years' experience in the industry, as equivalent.
- Five years' experience in Procurement, Supply Chain Mgmt., Business or related fields.
- Familiar with Patient Support Programs, in the Canadian Healthcare industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams.
- Verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to succeed in a team environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
