About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Supervisor to join our team at Best Buy. As a Retail Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of Sales Advisors to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Motivate and inspire your team to provide outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes learning and growth.
  • Oversee store operations, including revenue, merchandising standards, inventory management, and health and safety.
  • Manage and review operational expenses and revenue to maintain a healthy profit and loss.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience leading a retail team of at least 15 associates.
  • 2+ years of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to create an inclusive, fun, and safe work environment.
