As an Auto Mobile Advisor, you'll play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with clients and local dealerships to provide diverse insurance coverage and products.

A Day in the Life

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and dealership representatives to grow your professional network.
  • Offer tailored solutions using a diverse selection of ICBC and private insurance products, while achieving performance targets.
  • Process a wide range of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments, and more.
  • Identify opportunities to develop new business through cross-selling and referrals to Personal & Commercial Lines.

What You'll Bring

  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a high level of satisfaction to clients.
  • Demonstrated sales experience and drive, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and dealership representatives.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling high volumes of transactions and meeting deadlines.
  • Weekend and evening availability, with a willingness to use your personal vehicle to travel to dealerships.
  • Commitment to obtaining a Level 1 and 2 License.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position is a variable compensation structure, consisting of a base salary plus commission. The expected base salary for this position is $42,000.00 to $50,000.00, with commissions paid based on successful sales performance. HUB International Canada West ULC offers a comprehensive benefits package, including extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses for some positions.
