Job Title: Excavating Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Excavating Machine Operator to join our team at EMAAN EXCAVATING AND CONSTRUCTION LTD.

Job Summary:

The Excavating Machine Operator will be responsible for operating heavy equipment such as backhoe excavators and loaders to excavate and move earth and other materials on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to meet project deadlines
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Clean and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure safe operation
  • Prepare accident reports and secure special attachments to equipment as needed
  • Operate GPS and other navigation equipment to ensure accurate location and movement of equipment
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate work activities
  • Perform minor repairs to equipment to minimize downtime
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in heavy equipment operation
  • Physical stamina to work in outdoor environments
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
Work Environment:

The Excavating Machine Operator will work in outdoor environments, often in physically demanding conditions. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
