Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Sort and grade fruits and vegetables based on size, shape, color, and volume to maximize market value.
  • Perform hand harvesting of vegetables.
  • Assist in planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops.
  • Conduct weeding activities.
  • Harvest crops efficiently.
  • Manage the loading, unloading, and transferring of crates, supplies, and farm products.
  • Operate and maintain various farm machinery and equipment.
  • Carry out general farm duties as required.
  • Adhere to farm safety and bio-security protocols.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Capable of handling heavy loads.
  • Must be physically fit and able to meet the demands of the job.
