Bevertec CST Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Audio Visual Specialist to join our team. As an AV Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales cycle and providing technical expertise to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop technical solution designs and architecture to meet customer requirements
  • Generate bills of materials for design solutions as needed
  • Assist sales with technical aspects of proposals, pricing models, and RFP responses
  • Communicate technical design requirements and implementation details to the sales team and customers
  • Provide implementation team with necessary documentation and support for project completion
  • Work with implementation team during installation phase to ensure final project installations meet specifications
  • Create and document customer requirements, workflows, and high-level use cases
  • Provide technical expertise on sales calls and work face-to-face with client representatives
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Autodesk software, Microsoft Visio, and other schematic/visualization programs
  • Knowledge of IT networks, including subnetting and VLAN configuration
  • Industry recognized certifications, such as Avixa CTS/CTS-D
  • 3+ years of design, operations, and/or field installation experience in the industry
  • Experience developing solutions using multiple vendors, products, and/or services
  • Demonstrable technical acumen, including large format LED solutions, video transport and playback systems, content management, and mechanical mounting solutions
