The Projects Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the millwright team, ensuring that all project tasks are executed efficiently and safely. This position is integral to the success of our Projects and Engineering department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Projects Manager to guide a skilled and motivated team towards achieving project goals.
- Manage project assignments, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
- Facilitate communication among contractors and stakeholders to maintain project alignment.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and prioritize safety within the team.
- Conduct audits of ongoing and completed projects, while also managing parts and equipment inventory.

- Excellent planning, analytical, and leadership skills, along with strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
Additional Considerations:
- Certification in 5th Class Steam Engineering and refrigeration is a plus.
