Key Responsibilities- Bakery Operations: Supervise and manage the preparation, baking, and presentation of all baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.
- Team Management: Train, develop, and lead a team of bakery staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent performance and productivity.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering, storage, and rotation of ingredients and supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize waste.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all products meet our high standards, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a bakery or related field
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
