Venus Plumbing Ltd. is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal parts and products using various welding techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret welding process specifications and operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment.
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals, and processes.
  • Examine welds and ensure they meet standards and/or specifications.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment and brakes, shears, and other metal shaping, straightening, and bending machines.
  • Determine weldability of materials and operate previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
Work Environment:

The work environment is fast-paced, physically demanding, and requires manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination.
