Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

C&A Toner Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a food service establishment, with a focus on supervision and coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction.
  • Standing for extended periods, with regular breaks and opportunities for rest.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
Security and Safety:
  • Criminal record check required.
Personal Suitability:
  • Client focus and excellent oral communication skills.
  • Flexibility and a team player attitude.
Experience:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Permanent position with 35 to 40 hours of work per week.
  • English language required.
