Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Location: Blainville, Quebec

Employment Type: Full-Time

Overview: At CanWel Building Materials, our sales team comprises dedicated Inside Sales Representatives, Commodity Traders, and Account Managers. The Inside Sales Representative is integral to providing outstanding customer support, ensuring precision in order processing, and driving sales growth. This role involves managing incoming calls, processing sales transactions, and making outbound calls to enhance product visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and order requests via phone
  • Employ a customer conversation framework to identify client needs
  • Promote additional products and encourage upselling
  • Accurately input orders into the sales system
  • Address and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Initiate outbound calls to market products

Qualifications:

  • At least three years of experience in sales
  • Completion of high school education is mandatory
  • Proficient in both French and English
