We are a dynamic and growing organization seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Process payroll and benefits for employees, including calculating salaries, wages, and benefits.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including filing tax returns and making tax payments.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders, including financial statements and budget reports.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in financial software and systems.
