We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Bookkeeper to join our team at Pizza 67 Ltd. As an Accounting Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Accounting Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and tax laws.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, maintain employee benefits records, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including trial balance, accounts payable, and accounts receivable reports.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.
- Permanent Full-Time Position: 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Language of Work: English.
