We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Providence Healthcare. As a key member of our patient care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to patients in our maternity unit.
Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, social, spiritual, and psychological needs, and develop individualized care plans to address these needs.
- Care Implementation: Implement care plans in collaboration with the patient care team, ensuring that patients receive high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Evaluation and Improvement: Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Education: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a maternity or perinatal care setting.
- Skills: Strong assessment and critical thinking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
