Job SummaryWe are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in a full-time capacity. As a Registered Nurse with CarePartners, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including in-home, clinics, retirement homes, and schools.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain effective care plans for patients in community health services
- Provide exceptional nursing services to patients, both in-person and virtually
