Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead activities that cater to the unique needs and interests of residents
- Set up and prepare for programs and special events
- Teach activity techniques and oversee resident participation
- Take residents on outings, ensuring necessary clothing and funds, and coordinating with nursing staff and supervisors
