Key Responsibilities
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes with attention to detail.
  • Kitchen Inspection: Regularly inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and safety.
  • Staff Training: Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and proper food handling.
  • Supply Management: Order necessary supplies and equipment to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to promote teamwork and efficiency.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Sanitation: Ensure the kitchen and work areas are clean and organized.
  • Operational Management: Manage daily kitchen operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
Qualifications

Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.

Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a culinary setting.

Work Environment: Permanent position with a commitment of 40 hours per week.
