Senior Technical Program Manager, Finance Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Technical Program Manager to join our Amazon Finance Automation team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our finance systems.
Key Responsibilities- Lead assessment and implementation of product features and scaling initiatives through software development teams.
- Drive programs that enhance business efficiency by leveraging knowledge of the organization's data architecture, systems, and their interconnections.
- Clarify and document techno-functional requirements, establish best practices for managing technical programs, and ensure effective communication.
- Create and execute project plans that align with business objectives, analyze customer processes, and leverage data to create high-value technical narratives.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and balance customer needs with technical constraints.
Amazon's FinAuto organization builds and maintains the finance platforms and services that enable new business growth, compliance with financial and tax reporting obligations, and analysis of our financial data.
Requirements- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
- Experience in system design.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
- Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design.
