The Printing House is seeking a skilled Project Advisor to join our team in Toronto Downtown. As a Project Advisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting our Manager in responding to customer inquiries, creating detailed quotes and work orders, and expediting orders into production.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive compensation range of $20-$23 per hour and 40 hours of work per week. Our benefits package includes dental care, employee assistance program, life insurance, prescription drug coverage, vision care, paid time off, extended health care, learning and development opportunities, and rewards and recognition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in responding to customer inquiries and creating detailed quotes and work orders.
- Expediting orders into production and ensuring timely completion.
- Cash handling and invoicing in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Verifying and updating customer account and contact information.
- Maintaining customer relationships and working with the Manager to resolve any issues.
- Ensuring accuracy of data inputted into our systems.
Requirements:
- Experience with MS Office and CRM tools.
- Customer service experience in a retail environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and accurate with a sense of urgency.
- Reliable and coachable with a strong work ethic.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to innovate and consult with others.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, subject to change based on business needs. Work Location: In Person, Toronto Downtown.
