We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Western Health in Stephenville, NL.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide primary care clinical coverage in the Stephenville/Bay St. George Health Neighbourhood, working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide primary care services to patients in various settings, including in-person visits, virtual care, and home visits.
  • Work independently with limited supervision and establish effective working relationships with colleagues and patients.
  • Travel to various locations as required, with mileage and per diems paid in accordance with the RNUNL Collective agreement.

Requirements

  • Current registration with the Association of Registered Nurses of Newfoundland and Labrador and current Nurse Practitioner License.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Experience working independently and a willingness to travel.
