As a Category Coordinator at RONA Inc., you will play a crucial role in supporting the Merchandising team in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities
  • Collaborate with the Category Manager to develop and implement merchandising strategies that maximize sales and profitability.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and promotional plans.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform merchandising decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform merchandising strategies and optimize inventory management.
  • Work closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing and promotional agreements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to store associates and vendors.
