Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Two Hills Liquor Store. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems, and promoting products and services to customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems
- Provide advice about merchandise and promote products and services to customers
- Assist in display of merchandise and conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
- Maintain sales records for inventory control and prepare merchandise for purchase, rental or lease
- Organized and able to work in a team environment
- Client-focused and able to provide excellent customer service
- Initiative and able to take on new challenges
- Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees
- Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth and provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth
- Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers
Work Environment: Permanent position, 30-40 hours per week, English language.
