Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Overview

The role of a Quality Assurance Analyst at Fidelity Investments encompasses the development of testing strategies, automation of test scenarios, and the implementation of automated testing frameworks. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in both manual testing methodologies and automation technologies.

  • Engage collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to guarantee the delivery of superior applications
  • Conduct thorough analysis of project specifications, pinpoint inconsistencies, and provide estimates for testing efforts
  • Formulate test strategies and comprehensive test cases, execute testing procedures, and identify software defects
  • Design and sustain automated regression test scripts utilizing tools such as Katalon or Selenium
  • Generate documentation for evidence, facilitate walkthroughs, and present status updates to the project team
  • Assess project testing outcomes and advise on readiness for production deployment

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the Financial Services sector or Mutual Fund Industry
  • Understanding of established Quality Assurance methodologies
