About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced First Line Cook to join our team at Piano Piano. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as training and supervising kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, including special meals for patients with dietary restrictions.
  • Staff Training and Supervision: Train and supervise kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Kitchen Operations: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen and work areas.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, staff, and management to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
