About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Expert to join our team at Ticca Tikka. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and dietary requirements of our customers.
- Culinary Leadership: Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure that they are equipped to prepare and cook food to the highest standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and manage kitchen staff to ensure that we have the right people in place to deliver exceptional food and service.
- Operational Management: Manage kitchen operations to ensure that we are running efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Work Under Pressure: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
