About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Expert to join our team at Ticca Tikka. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and dietary requirements of our customers.
  • Culinary Leadership: Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure that they are equipped to prepare and cook food to the highest standards.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and manage kitchen staff to ensure that we have the right people in place to deliver exceptional food and service.
  • Operational Management: Manage kitchen operations to ensure that we are running efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
