Job Responsibilities

The Oven Cleaning Technician role is ideal for individuals seeking seasonal employment who enjoy interacting with customers and are eager to enhance their sales and service skills.

This position is vital to our operations at Grill Hero. You will gain comprehensive knowledge of the barbecue and oven industry by performing our cleaning services, managing customer interactions, overseeing your own supplies and equipment, and more.

Lead Technicians have the potential to advance into Management, Regional Management, and Office roles, which come with increased responsibilities and pay.

Key Duties

  • Cleaning ovens in both commercial and residential settings
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Upselling products and additional services
  • Scheduling future appointments
  • Organizing and maintaining company supplies and equipment
  • Representing the company in the field
  • Additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Ability to perform physical labor and operate light equipment
  • Capable of understanding and executing verbal and written instructions
  • Strong attention to detail

Compensation

  • Starting at $18 + Tips + Incentives (Most earn $20-$25/hr)
  • Performance bonuses and incentives

  • Reimbursement for mileage incurred during operations in addition to hourly pay

Job Type

  • Full-time Position (Seasonal)

Requirements

  • Access to a vehicle for use during the summer (required for consideration)

Ideal candidates may have experience in general labor, landscaping, painting, roofing, maintenance, customer service, or related fields.
