Primary Duties:
- Manage and facilitate the training of Loss Prevention Specialist personnel.
- Maintain effective communication with team members and uphold professional standards.
- Guide Loss Prevention Specialist guards to achieve company benchmarks and support their ongoing professional growth.
- Assess training needs among current LP guards and create strategies to address them.
- Conduct thorough audits of LP performance and provide regular feedback.
- Serve as a point of contact with law enforcement when required.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and visitors.
- Complete necessary incident reports and documentation.
- Respond to emergencies and liaise with law enforcement as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Possesses a valid Ontario Security License and Use of Force Certificate.
- Demonstrates prior supervisory and training experience.
- Exhibits excellent communication skills in English.
- Shows capability to lead with clear objectives and manage a team effectively.
- Works independently with minimal supervision.
