Job Summary:
The Assistant Site Superintendent - Low-Rise is a key member of our construction team, responsible for supporting the Site Superintendent in ensuring the successful completion of low-rise residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing construction schedules and site management plans.
- Monitor and implement efforts to maintain schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Coordinate activities between trades and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Implement and maintain quality control programs, setting standards for accuracy and quality.
- Ensure accuracy of trade progress certificates and maintain updated 'As Built' Commissioning, Occupancy, and Warranty Programs.
- Coordinate with governing authorities and consultants to obtain schedule occupancy permits.
- Coordinate commissioning of all equipment in an effective and timely manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years related work experience in low-rise or mid-rise residential settings.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in project management software, including NEWSTAR, MS Project, Procore, etc.
