Job Title: Food and Beverage Server

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Taste of Spice Inc.

Job Summary:

The Food and Beverage Server will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages, take orders, and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Table Management: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Payment and Settlement: Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
