Senior Principal Program Manager
We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to oversee the comprehensive coordination of R&D Development Projects and pivotal Customer Engagements within the Design IP Group.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive, hands-on expertise in mixed-signal IP design and/or SoC development, with a proven track record of successfully leading or managing designs in collaboration with end customers.
We desire an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit who ensures impeccable execution. A person passionate about orchestrating all project aspects within a matrix organizational structure to achieve successful outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables Continuously monitor and report on project progress to all stakeholders Prepare reports detailing project progress, challenges, and solutions Manage customer engagement, focusing on project and relationship management Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to ensure effective project executionQualifications and Experience
At least 15 years of relevant experience Hands-on experience in mixed-signal design and comprehensive flow is highly desirable Demonstrated experience in managing designs and teams from inception to production Knowledge of end-to-end design flow and tools for both analog and digital design, from Architecture (schematics and RTL) to GDS MSEE is preferredEssential Competencies
