Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Planner to join our team at CRSA Global Logistics. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of the organization, planning and organizing the movement of supplies and materials, and coordinating activities with other work units or departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile orders and instructions received from customers and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
  • Plan and organize the movement of supplies and materials between departments.
  • Track and complete work orders, and maintain work records and logs.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Coordinate traffic flow of supplies, and provide customer service.
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, and keep track of shipments.
  • Knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices is essential.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
Working Conditions
  • Permanent position.
  • 35 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English.
