We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Uniformed Asset Protection Personnel at our Real Canadian Superstore in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to all internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly service and respond to Asset Protection initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other employees to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Assess safety hazards and take proper procedures to ensure customer safety.
  • Escalate any crisis or emergency situations in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and submit daily, weekly, and monthly status reports.

Requirements:

  • Experience within a retail environment preferred.
  • Ability to foster partnerships with store teams.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a talent for building relationships.
  • Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to remain calm in high tension situations.
  • Ability to walk or stand in the same position for long periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • First Aid and CPR certified is an asset.
