Client Advisor, Personal Insurance

We're seeking a skilled Client Advisor to join our team at Acera Insurance. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for servicing the needs of our personal insurance clientele, managing and growing a specific book of business, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate policy changes and claims reporting
  • Advocate for clients and provide expert advice on insurance products
  • Review existing renewals and generate new business opportunities
  • Cross-sell our products and services to clients
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in the insurance industry
  • Strong working knowledge of personal lines products and commercial experience
  • Experience using EPIC and Applied Rating Services is an asset
  • Minimum of grade 12 education
  • Minimum Level 1 General Insurance License, working towards Level 2
  • CIP designation or working towards
